Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain the building, its facilities, machineries, and amenities.
  2. Prepare rooms for move-in conditions.
  3. Fix problems to working order.
  4. Inspect rooms for move-out clearance.
  5. Multi-task and assist in other matters when called for.

Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge or expertise in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, tiling, welding, masonry, aircon maintenance and the like.
  2. Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Short Course Certificate, or any equivalent.
  3. With at least 2 yrs. experience in maintenance or utility work.
  4. Normal vision and hearing.
  5. Vices like smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited.
  6. Must have a positive work attitude, flexible, hard working with good customer service and willing to learn.
  7. FREE LODGING IS PROVIDED FOR (STAY-IN PREFERRED).
  8. Full-Time Position.
  9. Day and night shifts available.
