Maintenance Technician

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least a High School graduate with vocational training in building maintenance technology, industrial maintenance, or a related field
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, including motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule
  • Willing to work in Brgy. Corazon de Jesus, San Juan City

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on a variety of mechanical equipment
  • Conduct routine checks of machinery, equipment, building structures, and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, to identify potential issues
  • Diagnose and resolve a variety of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests, such as power outages or equipment failure, to minimize downtime
  • Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
  • Comply with all safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
