About the role

Valeros Velasco Tabernilla Proverify INC. is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Airlines Account team based in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our airline clients and their passengers.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and online chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on airline policies, procedures, and services
  • Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate team or department
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Continuously improve customer service by identifying areas for process and system enhancements
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry and company changes

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the airline or travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and provide solutions
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in the airline industry
