Salary Range: Php 75,000 – 90,000 Pesos + Commission + Benefits
About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic, self-starting Business Development Executive who thrives
on challenge, innovation, and impact. This role is for someone who sees opportunity
where others see obstacles someone who's ready to drive growth across manpower
outsourcing, direct placements, and FinTech solutions. If you're energized by building
strategic partnerships, exceeding targets, and shaping the future of workforce

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Development
- Proactively identify and pursue high-potential clients across manpower,
placement, and FinTech sectors
Craft and execute winning strategies to unlock new revenue streams
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, and client pain points
2. Client Partnership & Engagement
Build trust-based relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
Deliver tailored, high-impact solutions that solve real business challenges
Serve as the go-to advisor for client negotiations and strategic discussions
3. Sales Leadership & Performance
Own your targets—and consistently exceed them
Lead contract negotiations with confidence and precision
Maintain a robust, real-time sales pipeline and performance dashboard
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
Channel client insights to enhance service offerings and product innovation
Drive alignment between client needs and internal capabilities
5. Reporting & Intelligence
Deliver sharp, actionable sales reports and forecasts
Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and boost conversion
Translate client feedback into business intelligence
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in business development or sales, ideally in
manpower outsourcing or FinTech
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
CRM-savvy and data-driven decision-maker
Entrepreneurial mindset with relentless drive and resilience
Willingness to travel and engage clients face-to-face
Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
