Job Summary
Junior / Executive – Business Development will be the point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, work within the company to ensure requirements for the client are met and help the client succeed. The purpose of the role is to maximize key commercial KPIs within your assigned geographical region, identifying & executing growth opportunities and driving best in class activation.
Key Responsibilities:
• The main and the primary role will be to acquire new accounts/clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Identify and acquire new customers, focusing on mid-sized and large enterprises.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the value of
PeoplesHR.
• Nurture and manage existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and
retention.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.
• Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to align sales strategies with
product offerings.
• Provide feedback to the product team to help improve features and solutions based on
customer needs.
• Maintain accurate sales records and regularly update the CRM system.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
• Must have strong B2B and solution selling experience, with the ability to engage C-suite
executives and multiple stakeholders within an organization.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or HR technology solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the HR tech industry and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
