We are looking for a Chat Support Representative to provide excellent customer service through online chat channels. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly and professionally in writing. This role is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience.

Candidates must have 1-2 years of customer service or call centre experience.

Overview:

We are looking for a Chat Support Representative to provide excellent customer service through online chat channels. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly and professionally in writing. This role is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or messaging platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently, escalating complex concerns when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in a chat-based environment
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with computers, web browsers, and chat software tools.
  • A customer-first attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Freshdesk).
  • Basic knowledge of product troubleshooting or technical support.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or SaaS environments.
  • Amenable to work on night shift schedule
  • Willing to work onsite in Meralco Ave, Pasig.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php32,000.00 per month
