Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers, including software, hardware, and network problems.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical support teams.
  • Document customer interactions and technical solutions provided.
  • Offer product recommendations and solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions.

Skills and Requirements:

  • At least a high school graduate (or equivalent).
  • Strong technical knowledge in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical information in simple terms.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using support tools and customer service software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php28,000.00 per month
