Reports to: IPP Client and Manager

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outbound Call Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) to introduce our Internet Broadband solutions, qualify prospects, and close sales. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to SMB prospects to promote broadband internet plans and services.
  • Educate potential customers on product features, pricing, and value propositions.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable internet solutions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through structured follow-ups.
  • Accurately record all customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs including call volume, lead conversions, and sales targets.
  • Handle initial objections with professionalism and escalate complex inquiries when required.
  • Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years in outbound calling, telesales, or B2B sales (preferably in telecommunications, broadband, or IT services).
  • Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive, and professional verbal communication with strong listening skills.
  • Sales Ability: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Tech Knowledge: Basic understanding of internet broadband services, speeds, and business connectivity needs.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems, call dialers, and sales tracking tools.
  • Attributes: Results-driven, resilient, and able to handle rejection positively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
