We're Hiring: Administrative Business Coordinator

Are you a highly organized multitasker with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for an Administrative Business Coordinator (Google's Waymo) to join our team and be the backbone of our client's business operations

What You'll Do:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communication across teams
  • Support project management activities and track deadlines
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and office supply management
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless operations

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven 2-4 years work experience as an Executive Assistant to US-based executives (C-Suite or similar)
  • Immediate starters are a plus, but can consider applicants that need 30-day notice
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business tools
  • Experience with budgeting and invoice processing is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
