Job Overview:
The Associate Accountant works closely with Directors, Managers and other accountants.
Working across a number of clients, the Associate Accountant will collaborate with staff across all
divisions to provide a range of taxation, financial and business advisory services. This role may be
performed remotely, and requires effective virtual collaboration across time zones, particularly with
Australian-based teams and clients.
Work Schedule:
- 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time ( to be adjusted by 1 hour for daylight savings)
Work Setup:
- Hybrid
Office Assignment:
- MAKATI OFFICE: 22F Tower 1, One Ayala Corporate Center, Ayala Ave., Makati City
Job Responsibilities:
The HR Support Officer is a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations professional responsible for managing employee self-service tickets and quick-turnaround requests. This role will work closely with the Sr. HR Operations Partners to support both local employees and foreign nationals. It will contribute knowledge of local HR practices and compliance while assisting employees with a variety of administrative HR tasks.
• Do collection, coordination and management of documentation required for foreign nationals'
submissions of residence and work permits.
• Coordinate with local employment counsel and immigration attorney on signatures for
documents with employees.
• Coordinate the submission of residence and work permits
• Coordinate the submission of government insurance applications for foreign nationals
• Maintaining trackers on status of work and residence permit applications
• Liaise with employees to facilitate answering Human Resources related questions and
directing them to the source for answering and ensuring follow up is completed
• Provide clerical and administrative support for all things Human Resources related
• Maintain both paper and electronic employee files
• Update Workday HRIS system as needed
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
•
2-5+ years of relevant career experience, preferably in HR or People Operations
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complicated HR matters for employees
• Knowledge of HR policies, processes and laws
• Ability to work in a highly confidential and fast paced environment
