Inventory Coordinator

, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and managing the end-to-end procurement and inventory process. This includes forecasting demand, ordering materials, coordinating with logistics, and ensuring that inventory levels align with production and customer requirements. The position requires a strong analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across various departments, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth operations and efficient inventory management.

What you'll be working on:

1. Demand Forecasting:

2. Analyze historical data, market trends, and sales forecasts to predict future material and product needs.

3. Collaborate with sales and production teams to adjust forecasts as needed.

4. Inventory Management:

5. Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock without overstocking or understocking.

6. Implement inventory control measures to reduce waste and excess costs.

7. Order Placement:

8. Generate purchase requests based on inventory needs and production schedules.

9. Ensure that all orders are accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner.

10. Cost Management:

11. Monitor and control procurement costs to stay within budget.

12. Logistics Coordination:

13. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure the timely delivery and receipt of materials.

14. Resolve any issues related to shipping, delivery delays, or damaged goods.

15. Data Analysis and Reporting:

16. Track and analyze procurement metrics, such as order accuracy, supplier performance, and inventory turnover.

17. Prepare regular reports for management on procurement activities and performance.

18. Collaboration:

19. Work closely with other departments, such as logistics, finance, and sales, to align purchasing activities with overall business goals.

What were looking for

• Open to candidates with at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Familiarity with supply chain management systems, including SAP or equivalent ERP/MRP software.
• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working on the night shift schedule.

Preferred Skills 

• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or wholesale industries.
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and international shipping coordination.
• Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, lookups).
• Understanding of supply and demand planning principles and inventory optimization techniques.
• Exposure to forecasting tools or inventory replenishment models.
• Strong collaboration skills in working with cross-functional and global teams.

Full-time, Night Shift (5pm - 2am)

Hybrid (Makati Office): 2nd Floor, Vicente Madrigal Building Ayala Avenue, Makati City
