Job Summary:

We are a Triple-A construction company known for delivering projects efficiently and at high quality.

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager (Engineer) to lead the sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management of construction materials, equipment, and services. The role ensures timely, cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage supplier and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure on-time delivery to prevent project delays.
  • Monitor costs, budgets, and market trends for better purchasing decisions.
  • Ensure materials meet quality and project specifications.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to align procurement with schedules.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships for long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis for management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, licensed.
  • 8+ years of experience in construction procurement
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and supplier networks
  • Experience in negotiation, contract management, and cost control
  • Proficiency in procurement and supply chain management software
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
