Oversee the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Team's operational performance and ensure excellent service delivery in accordance with the defined SLAs/KPIs. The Supervisor will also be working closely with the Regional Process Owner to drive and deliver the Global Standard Process to streamline the Procurement process and help drive process improvement projects and ensure team's compliance with internal controls. Supervisor will also drive strong working relationship with the stakeholders and GBS Management.

  1. Drive operational excellence by providing guidance and support to the in-scope countries in delivering timely and accurate financial transactions for Procure-to-Pay including but not limited to:

  2. Vendor/Supplier Master Data

  3. Accounts Payable Processing (PO, Non-POs, T&E)
  4. Payments
  5. Month-End Close

  6. Vendor Queries

  7. Ensure compliance to the Group Financial Manual.

  8. Implement global standard process.

  9. Identify, facilitate, and implement process improvements.

  10. Lead and drive the GBS P2P Team activities.

  11. Distribute the workload and supervise the team on daily basis.

  12. Manage HR matters (e.g. training, leaves monitoring, performance evaluation).
  13. Serve as the point of contact for issues escalation within P2P process.
  14. Organize and lead team meetings.
  15. Coordinate with other teams to resolve any issues and complete deliverables.
  16. Prepare operational KPIs and performance reports and report results to stakeholders.
  17. Build and maintain relationship with the countries and GPOs.
  18. Disseminate information to direct reports.
  19. Schedule regular touchpoint with FSSC Manager and Affiliates.
  20. Promote work life balance and ensure that team members are motivated.
  21. Create positive environment by living the SGS Values.
  22. Organize team engagement activities.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance and Accountancy
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in P2P function
  • Focus on Analysis and Reporting
  • Relevant shared service migration and operating experiences
