HMO Supervisor

I. JOB SUMMARY

The HMO Hub / GHMS Supervisor oversees the daily operations and performance of personnel assigned to the HMO Hub. This position ensures efficient coordination between hospital patients and partner companies, adherence to hospital policies, and the accuracy and completeness of all HMO-related documentation and records to maintain quality service delivery.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supervises and monitors daily operations and staff schedules for ER, Inpatient, and Outpatient areas.

2. Ensures staff compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

3. Reviews and validates daily reports and LOA logs for completeness and accuracy.

4. Prepares and submits monthly unit reports to the Customer Relations Manager.

5. Conducts staff performance evaluation, coaching, and mentoring.

6. Coordinates with Customer Relations, Business Office, Sales and Marketing, and other related departments for operational updates and issue resolution.

7. Handles inquiries, concerns, and customer complaints, and submits incident reports when applicable.

8. Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php24,000.00 per month
