Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Human Resources Supervisor to support and supervise day-to-day HR and administrative operations. This role is key in ensuring HR practices align with company policies and local labor regulations, while contributing to employee engagement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise core HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance tracking, employee relations, training and development.
  • Support the implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Assist in coordinating recruitment efforts, including liaising with external recruitment partners and headhunter agencies.
  • Support the development and implementation of coaching, mentoring, and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Philippine labor laws and internal standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting using HRIS and digital tools.
  • Supervise administrative staff and support operational efficiencies across both HR and administrative functions.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to the full HR spectrum.
  • Experience in recruitment, preferably in the energy, corporate, or construction sectors.
  • Familiarity with working alongside external recruitment or headhunting firms.
  • Understanding of employee development programs such as coaching and mentoring.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related platforms or systems.
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Las Piñas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
