Job Summary:

The HR Supervisor (Generalist) will oversee and manage a wide range of HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations that support the organization's goals. This role will supervise day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Supervisor will serve as a partner to both management and employees, providing guidance and ensuring a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Ensure manpower requirements are met on time with qualified candidates.
  • Employee Relations
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
  • Promote employee engagement and a healthy work culture.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits administration, and government-mandated contributions.
  • Monitor and recommend improvements in compensation and rewards programs.
  • Performance Management
  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in setting KPIs and providing constructive employee feedback.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate programs to support employee growth and development.
  • Track training effectiveness and maintain records.
  • Compliance & HR Policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • HR Administration
  • Maintain employee records and HR reports.
  • Supervise HR staff and provide guidance to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion.
  • Proficient in HRIS, MS Office, and other HR-related systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Can start immediately
  • Willing to work in compressed schedule Monday to Thursday: 8am to 7pm and Friday 8am to 5pm only

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
