The Motor Pool Supervisor is responsible to oversee the maintenance and management of the company's fleet of vehicles to ensure the smooth operation of transportation logistics to deliver high-quality products to customers efficiently and safely.

A. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable for ensuring the Motor Pool section operates effectively and efficiently, with sufficient workforce to meet the company's service requirements.
  • Proficient in supervising assistant mechanics who have received training.
  • Responsible for overseeing equipment and trucking requirements for clients, ensuring alignment between departmental objectives and client needs.

B. MINOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support and cooperate in the food safety and quality programs and initiatives of the company and consistently report problems with regards to Food Safety Management System.
  • Compile and submit reports detailing the costs of parts, vehicle damages, and repairs.
  • Generate inventory reports and periodic reports for motor vehicles and other relevant areas.
  • Directly report to the overall project Logistics Admin Officer.
  • Support and cooperate in the IT Support project.
