Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to develop, lead, and execute our sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a deep understanding of the Caloocan and Greater Manila Area markets, capable of driving client acquisition, building strong brand presence, and leading a team to exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a sales and/or marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership capacity.
  • Must have direct experience within the Marketing, Advertising, or Digital Agency industry.
  • A solid track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing marketing budgets and campaigns.

Sales Acumen:

  • Demonstrated ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
  • Strong skills in client prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and contract closing.
  • Experience in building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Must be willing to do field work and client meetings within Caloocan City and nearby areas.

Marketing Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing channels, including social media marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, and events.
  • Proficiency in leveraging market research and data analytics to inform strategy and measure campaign ROI.
  • Experience in brand development and management.

Leadership and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to mentor, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-relationship management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams (creative, accounts, operations).

Location-Specific Requirement:

  • Must be willing to work in Caloocan City. Candidates residing in or familiar with Caloocan, Valenzuela, Malabon, Navotas, Quezon City, and other nearby northern NCR cities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
