The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, expand market share, and strengthen the company's presence in the IT distribution industry. This role oversees both sales performance and marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage and support the sales team in building strong client relationships and closing deals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and strategic partnerships.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and analyze sales reports to improve performance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and brand principals regarding pricing, product availability, and promotions.

Marketing Management:

  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns to promote IT products and services.
  • Manage digital and traditional marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and events.
  • Develop marketing materials, presentations, and promotional tools aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design promotional activities that support sales goals.

Team Leadership and Coordination:

  • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to ensure productivity and goal achievement.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, logistics, and technical support to ensure smooth transaction flow.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales results, marketing performance, and market insights to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • With 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing (supervisory), preferably in an IT distribution or technology industry.
  • Strong background in B2B sales and managing corporate accounts.
  • Knowledge of IT products, brands, and distribution channels (e.g., hardware, software, networking).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership and team management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
