  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and organizing company events.
  • Support HR in basic administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, filing of employee records, and onboarding assistance.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the office premises.
  • Monitor and handle utility bills, rentals, and other administrative payments.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by management.
