Job Summary:

Responsible for the achievement of his/her Region's Key Result Areas. The Regional Sales Manager is in charge of the development of the Account Officers/Account Executive under his supervision. Expected to forge and deepened relationships with key personalities in the Dioceses, Congregations, and Associations within his region.

A regional sales manager is responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance within a specific geographical area by setting targets, developing and implementing strategies, and leading a sales team.

Key duties include mentoring sales representatives, building client relationships, analyzing market trends, managing a regional budget, and ensuring the team's efforts align with the company's overall objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field.
  • With at least 5 years of sales managerial experience in FMCG or Pharma.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • Highly personable; Creative and critical thinker.
  • Excellent communication skills (English, Filipino)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
