Regional Manager

The Regional Manager for Sarilotto is responsible for overseeing the overall performance and operational excellence of the assigned region. The role focuses on strategic expansion of lotto agents, ensuring sales growth, and maintaining full regulatory and policy compliance. The Regional Manager leads Area Managers and Key Account Officers (KAOs) in meeting recruitment and sales targets while ensuring timely execution of initiatives, accurate reporting, and effective coordination across teams.
Job Description
1. Strategic Lotto Agent Expansion
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand the lotto agent network across all assigned areas.
- Ensure Area Managers and KAOs achieve at least the set percentage of recruitment targets.
- Identify and facilitate expansion into new locations each quarter in line with the rollout plan.
2. Regional Sales Growth
- Achieve the overall regional sales target as determined by management.
- Ensure the percentage of agents meeting monthly sales targets is maintained per region goals.
- Drive regional sales growth by executing strategic initiatives (e.g., sales programs, incentive schemes)
3. Operational Oversight
- Conduct scheduled performance reviews with Area Managers and KAOs to evaluate execution and resolve challenges
- Ensure timely coordination and communication across all field teams and departments
- Oversee prompt resolution of operational issues within established timelines
4. Regulatory & Policy Compliance
- Ensure 100% compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and ethical standards across the region
- Review and approve reports submitted by Area Managers and KAOs, ensuring 100% accuracy and on-time submission
5. Others - Perform other tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in sales, operations, or field management; experience in distribution, FMCG, retail, or gaming industry is an advantage.
- Proven experience in leading and managing multiple teams across different locations.
- Strong background in sales target achievement, territory management, and network expansion.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to resolve issues promptly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
