Reporting to: Regional Purchasing Manager

Job Qualifications:

  • Male or Female
  • at least College level
  • Computer skills, knowledge on MS office (excel, word, powerpoint)
  • Communicates well both in verbal and written.
  • Organize and with keen attention to details.
  • Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
  • Lives within Sucat, Taguig and Pateros areas

Duties and Responsibilites:

  • Represents and supports the Regional Purchasing Manager.
  • Ensures good quality of all items in accordance with the Company's agreement with the Supplier.
  • Collaborates with all departments on all topics to improve the company's performance and success.
  • Carries out the quality and freshness controls, accuracy of weight/grammage based of packaging. Attends to all operations concerns with regards to quality issues.
  • Prepares and conducts the weekly regional tastings, price canvass.
  • Weekly memo tasks. Forwarding to all Department managers and purchase orders.

Specific Decisons and Responsibilities

  • Can decide on all supplier orders.
  • Can decide on Returns to suppliers.
  • Can issue customer complaints about product quality for discussion and possible action.
  • Can decide on larger order quantities in case of purchasing cost increases.
  • Checks invoices from Suppliers. If there are incorrect invoices, he/she makes sure that credit notes are issued by the Suppliers.
  • Reports to Regional Purchasing Manager any price issues, issues with terms and condition, and other issues related to the product portfolio.
  • Can handle daily calls and inquiries due to late deliveries to supplier.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
