Sales Manager (Japanese Speaker)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the overall sales operations of KEPI.
- Review sales targets regularly and recommend strategic sales plans to ensure goals are achieved.
- Optimize sales profitability by increasing sales volume and establishing pricing strategies aligned with supply–demand trends, market movements, economic indicators, and competitor activities.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to support efficient sales and delivery operations.
- Promote company products and expand KEPI's customer base through effective market development and client engagement.
- Formulate, review, and strictly implement effective procedures within the Sales Department; recommend process improvements when necessary.
- Analyze monthly sales performance and develop action plans based on insights and results.
- Coordinate closely with the Finance Department to help minimize sales-related costs and operational expenses.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through on-time delivery and full compliance with customer requirements.
- Ensure that all customer inquiries and requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
- Manage customer complaints by providing proper attention, corrective action, and timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any course.
- With experience in Sales, Sales Support, or Customer-related functions
(any industry acceptable, but manufacturing or trading in car parts or precision equipment is preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Japanese language skill N3 level or equivalent
(strong speaking ability is more important than reading and writing).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
