The CRM & Client Engagement Officer is responsible for managing the client journey—from initial inquiry to retention—through effective CRM tracking, loyalty program management, and structured follow-ups. This role ensures clients receive consistent, personalized engagement that enhances satisfaction, encourages repeat visits, and strengthens long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors the end-to-end client journey using the CRM system.

  • Manages loyalty programs, rewards systems, and client retention initiatives.

  • Conducts scheduled follow-ups for inquiries, appointments, after-care, and satisfaction checks.

  • Generates CRM reports on client activity, retention rates, feedback trends, and re-engagement opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • 2 years+ experience in CRM management, customer relations, or client servicing is an advantage.
  • Experience in sales or membership programs preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple client interactions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer engagement strategies.
