About the role

Are you a dynamic sales professional looking to join a growing energy company? IAN SMART ENERGY CORP' is seeking a full-time Sales Associate/Office Staff to join our team in Imus City Cavite. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative energy solutions and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Actively prospecting for new business opportunities and generating leads
  2. Presenting our products and services to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner
  3. Negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  4. Providing administrative support to the sales and operations teams as needed
  5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the energy or utilities industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients
  3. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player
  6. Strong organisational and time management skills
