Client Service Representative

- andle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support related to billing, account inquiries, and product or service sales.
- Address customer concerns efficiently, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Promote and upsell relevant products or services based on customer needs.
- Process payments, account updates, and billing adjustments accurately.
- Document all interactions and maintain updated records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets, including sales, quality, and productivity metrics.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Graduate or K-12 Graduate (required).
Experience:
At least 6 months of sales experience (BPO or non-BPO background accepted).
- Adapters with relevant sales exposure are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer focus, persuasive skills, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Amenable to work on a Day to Midshift schedule aligned with Australian operations.
- Willing to work onsite
