Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines of our business, focused on acquiring new clients and generating revenue.
- Proactively identify and engage new leads through cold calling, emailing, social media, and other outreach channels.
- Manage the full sales pipeline, from responding to initial inquiries and guiding prospective clients to closing deals.
- Conduct online and face-to-face meetings to understand their specific event and/or fabrication requirements.
- Create and present tailored solutions and persuasive proposals that showcase ProjectCre8's services and value.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM to ensure timely follow-ups and build our client database.
- Participate in daily team huddles, contribute to process improvements, and report directly to the Managing Director.
- Represent ProjectCre8 at trade shows and conferences, managing displays and engaging with attendees to create a positive brand experience.
Qualifications & Skills
We seek a resilient, self-motivated individual who excels in a competitive, target-driven environment.
- At least 3 years of proven sales experience, specifically in the corporate events and/or fabrication industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong, professional ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/sales management software.
- A demonstrable history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- A self-motivated, disciplined, and resilient professional with a respectful, collaborative attitude and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willingness to be on-site for events, which may require extended periods on your feet.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, but we highly value a strong track record of relevant experience and success.
