We are seeking an experienced Telesales Supervisor to lead our sales team in achieving targets, driving business growth, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with strong coaching abilities and a passion for sales excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and motivate telesales team to achieve monthly sales quotas and KPIs
  • Monitor team performance and conduct regular coaching sessions
  • Analyze sales data and prepare business reports for management
  • Develop and implement lead generation and customer acquisition strategies
  • Ensure CRM compliance and maintain data quality standards
  • Build and maintain long-term B2B client relationships
  • Conduct weekly team meetings and provide performance feedback
  • Enforce company policies and promote core values of Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Innovation
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of telesales/inside sales experience
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
  • Excellent analytical and reporting abilities
  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office applications
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven with strong problem-solving capabilities
