Key responsibilities

• Strategy and collaboration: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensure the company is an attractive place to work.
• Candidate sourcing: Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other platforms; use various tools to find and attract potential candidates.
• Screening and interviewing: Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience for suitability.
• Hiring and onboarding: Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including making offers, completing new hire paperwork, and assisting with orientation and onboarding.
• Process management: Maintain candidate records, conduct background checks, and call references.

Required skills and qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with talent acquisition software, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
