GoHighLevel Expert

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive GHL Expert to manage our day-to-day automations and certification cycles. This role involves overseeing workflows, maintaining data hygiene, ensuring smooth lead flow, and driving attendance for certification events. The ideal candidate has hands-on GHL experience, strong communication skills, and a knack for optimizing processes to improve conversions and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the daily management of GoHighLevel, including workflows, triggers, tags, pipelines, calendars, forms/surveys, email/SMS, and conversations
• Review and update workflows for certification cycles; insert/update Zoom links and event dates
• Manage tags, statuses, DND, and pipeline stage movements to keep leads flowing correctly
• Ensure accurate time zones for AU/US audiences and prepare for expansion to other regions
• QA all launches (forms, emails, SMS, links, bookings, triggers, pipelines) across regional versions
• Maintain the Conversations inbox; resolve failed sends and escalate unusual failure patterns
• Keep data clean: merge duplicates, standardize fields, archive pipelines, maintain UTM/source tracking
• Track deliverability basics (bounces, spam reports) and suggest improvements
• Suggest and implement small optimizations and light A/B testing (copy, send times, cadence)
• Drive attendance and bookings for certifications and post-event calls
• Make friendly outbound confirmation calls within 12–24 hours of opt-in to confirm details and build rapport
• Coordinate founder appointments post-certification with proper calendar routing
• Deliver a weekly dashboard (opt-ins, show-ups, bookings, no-shows, deliverability, quick wins)
• Flag issues early with clear recommendations
• Support content scheduling (emails, SMS, social posts) using assets provided
• Maintain and refine SOPs for recurring cycles and new market launches
• Duplicate/adjust funnels and automations for US launch readiness

Mandatory Skills

• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (workflows, triggers, pipelines, calendars, email/SMS, conversations)
• Proven background in appointment setting or customer success (confirmation/welcome calls)
• Strong English skills (spoken and written), confident on phone and chat/email
• Ability to manage AU/US time zones with meticulous attention to detail
• Skilled in managing Zoom links, recurring events, and calendar logistics
• Strong data hygiene mindset (deduplication, list management, UTM/source tracking)

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Meta ads funnels (traffic sources, pixels, UTM hygiene)
• Basic landing page editing in GHL
• Experience with light A/B testing (subject lines, send times, reminders)
• Ability to schedule ready-made content (emails/social posts)
• Eye for spotting small but high-impact optimization opportunities
