What You'll Do

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Expert who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll plan, run, and optimize campaigns across email, SEO, paid media, and social channels, working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and broader team to drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

Full-Funnel Marketing Strategy

  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns using tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, and Klaviyo
  • Adapt marketing tech stacks based on client needs

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Create and manage email flows (welcome, nurture, re-engagement)
  • Maintain list hygiene, segmentation, and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Conduct SEO audits using Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
  • Lead on-page, off-page, and local SEO efforts, aligned with EEAT guidelines

Social Media & Paid Campaigns

  • Develop both organic and paid campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Utilize scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer) and apply insights to optimize performance

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to monitor KPIs (CAC, ROAS, traffic, engagement)
  • Report on performance and make data-informed improvements

Emerging Channels & Tools

  • Experiment with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, and SurferSEO
  • Explore short-form video, voice search optimization, and privacy-first marketing strategies

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on execution across key channels
  • Strong communicator, comfortable working in remote and collaborative environments
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a team-first culture
  • Open to learning new tools and following systems and processes
  • Able to take ownership of your work while supporting the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager
