We specialize in architectural design, material packages, and complete build support in the U.S. Our team combines seasoned designers, estimators, and project experts to deliver high-quality, budget-focused results for every client.
Job Title: High-Ticket Sales Closer – Residential Design & Construction.
Responsibilities- Conduct daily 1-on-1 Zoom or phone calls with prospects to present offers, answer questions, and close high-value deals.
- Proactively reach out to new leads every day via text, email, and phone calls to set qualified appointments.
- Manage and navigate leads using Zoom, email and CRM systems to maintain an organized pipeline.
- Build trust quickly by asking the right questions, listening carefully, and positioning the best solutions.
- Educate prospects on DKNR’s process—budget-first planning, “Good–Better–Best” finish schedules, and staying under budget.
- Clearly explain what’s included, helping prospects compare options with confidence.
- Address common client concerns such as cost per square foot, financing, timelines, and what’s included in the package.
- Guide prospects away from “apples-to-oranges” comparisons and highlight DKNR’s advantages over generic kit providers.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate communication of client needs.
- Track all activities, calls, and conversions in CRM and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-ticket sales (required).
- Understanding of home building and construction (floor plans, budgets, finishes, material packages).
- Ability to explain common client concerns: cost per square foot, what’s included in a package, timelines, and financing options.
- Comfortable discussing architectural plans and material kits at a general level
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills—able to guide prospects through questions and build trust.
- Experience working with CRMs (Freshworks, GoHighLevel) and digital tools for managing leads and follow-ups.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and confident in handling objections to close deals.
- Exceptional closing skills and a passion for driving significant customer outcomes.
- Independent, results-driven, and a high achiever in sales environments.
