Job Summary

We're seeking a GoHighLevel Implementation & Design Expert to manage daily automations, data hygiene, and certification cycle workflows. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth lead flow, driving event attendance, and optimizing system performance for improved conversions. The ideal candidate has hands-on GHL experience, excellent communication skills, and a process-driven mindset that keeps marketing operations running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations inside GoHighLevel: workflows, triggers, tags, pipelines, calendars, forms, email/SMS, and conversations.
  • Update certification cycle workflows — insert event dates, update Zoom links, and ensure regional time zone accuracy (AU/US).
  • Maintain lead hygiene by managing tags, statuses, DND lists, and pipeline stages.
  • Conduct QA on all launches (emails, forms, automations, triggers, and links) across regional versions.
  • Oversee the Conversations inbox; troubleshoot failed sends and escalate recurring issues.
  • Keep CRM data clean — merge duplicates, standardize fields, archive pipelines, and maintain UTM/source tracking.
  • Suggest optimizations through A/B testing (copy, send times, cadence) to enhance engagement.
  • Make friendly confirmation calls to new leads within 12–24 hours of opt-in to build rapport and verify details.
  • Coordinate post-certification appointments and ensure proper calendar routing.
  • Deliver weekly dashboards covering opt-ins, attendance, bookings, deliverability, and quick wins.
  • Support content scheduling (emails, SMS, social posts) and maintain detailed SOPs for recurring processes.

Mandatory Skills

  • 1–2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (workflows, triggers, pipelines, calendars, automations, conversations).
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in appointment setting or customer success.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple regions/time zones.
  • Strong organizational and data management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Meta Ads funnels, UTMs, and tracking.
  • Basic GHL landing page editing.
  • Experience with light A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Comfort scheduling pre-made content and managing recurring campaign assets.
