The Role We’re looking for a hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) Builder who’s also growth-minded . You’ll design, launch, and refine funnels that drive measurable results across our product suite. This isn’t just about building pages and workflows - it’s about building with performance in mind, checking what’s working, and making smart improvements that increase conversions. This role offers high autonomy, strategic input, and the chance to make a direct impact on revenue, growth, and customer experience. What You’ll Do Build & Own Funnels : Create and manage acquisition funnels in GHL, from landing pages and opt-ins to automations, pipelines, and onboarding. Drive Growth : Monitor performance, identify drop-offs, and run simple tests that improve opt-in rates, conversions, and customer flow. Leverage the Tech Stack : Be the go-to expert on Go High Level- funnels, automations, tags, pipelines, SMS, and integrations with Stripe, Zoom, and analytics. Deliver Results : Spot opportunities, execute quickly, and translate data into tangible improvements across the customer journey. Collaborate & Elevate : Gather requirements upfront, thrive in a structured project management system, and communicate clearly with leadership. Contribute to Culture : Embrace radical candor- giving and receiving direct feedback to continuously raise standards. What Success Looks Like Funnels you build consistently perform above industry benchmarks. Conversion rates improve steadily through your tracking and iterative updates. The marketing team can rely on your builds and insights to make confident, data-backed decisions. You’re seen as both a Technical Builder and a Growth Partner . What We’re Looking For Proven GoHighLevel expertise -you’ve built complete funnels, automations, and integrations. Portfolio of work -share examples of funnels or automations you’ve delivered. Performance mindset -you don’t just build; you measure, test, and refine. Problem-solving orientation - proactive, resourceful, and execution-driven. Fluent English (written and spoken).
