Position: Media Buyer (Meta & Google Ads)

We are seeking an expert Media Buyer (Meta & Google Ads) to join an exciting Australian Digital Agency.

If you are an experienced Facebook media buyer with a proven track record of driving successful advertising campaigns, we want to hear from you.

Join a growing team and take ownership of our Facebook ad campaigns. As a Facebook & Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective strategies, optimising ad performance, and analysing campaign metrics to continuously improve ROI. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role that requires a deep understanding of Facebook's advertising platform and a passion for staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook & Google Ads Manager and the various ad formats, targeting options, bidding strategies, and optimisation techniques.
  • Experience with developing and executing successful Facebook & Google ad campaigns for different business objectives such as lead generation, brand awareness, and e-commerce sales.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use Facebook & Google Ads reporting tools to track and measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as creative, analytics, and client servicing teams.
  • Experience with managing budgets, setting up A/B tests, and implementing strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Knowledge of best practices for Facebook advertising, including ad creative guidelines, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization.
  • Familiarity with Facebook's advertising policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and avoid ad disapprovals.
  • Manage 5-6 accounts initially, and up to 10-12 accounts.
  • Work directly with the agency owner, who will relay information to the clients.
  • Be available for voice calls during Philippines business hours (8.30am - 4.30pm).

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of Facebook & Google Ads and media buying experience.
  • Recent achievements in managing Facebook ad campaigns, such as increasing ROI, improving click-through rates, or generating leads at a lower cost.
  • Proficient with Facebook Ads Manager, data analysis, communication, and collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook advertising
  • Creative ability and experience in generating new ideas for campaigns.
  • Strong reporting skills and ability to communicate data to agency owner.
  • Understanding of lead generation.
  • Experience with small to medium-sized businesses.
  • Experience working with Australian clients or clients from UK, US, CAN, EU.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Experience building landing pages and funnels is advantageous.
  • Experience with developers and physically building campaigns is advantageous.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel is advantageous.
