By leveraging Google Suite workflows and effective communication, they bring organization, reliability, and people-focused solutions that help strengthen our team culture and drive business growth.
The Role:
We are seeking a VA Success Advocate to join our team. This role is a combination of HR support, payroll assistance, and employee engagement. You will play an important part in ensuring that our Virtual Assistants are supported, engaged, and set up for success while also handling administrative and HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR all-around support including documentation, employee inquiries, and compliance.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Maintain and organize HR records and databases.
- Use Google Suite workflows (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive, Calendar, etc.) to streamline HR and engagement processes.
- Support management with other administrative and HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR, payroll, or employee engagement preferred.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive, Calendar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Must be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
