Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own enterprise client relationships and ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and expansion of Bling's AI platform across our global customer base. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor and internal advocate — ensuring seamless client experience while driving measurable business outcomes.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams to design solutions, manage integrations, and guide clients through implementation, change management, and scaling phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end customer lifecycle: onboarding, implementation, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Partner closely with client stakeholders to define success metrics and ensure measurable ROI.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to scope and manage integrations, data workflows, and AI-driven automation projects.
  • Document solution architectures, process maps, and client configurations.
  • Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Serve as the customer's internal advocate — driving timely resolutions by negotiating priorities with tech teams.
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Deliver product demos, training sessions, and QBRs to drive engagement and adoption.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in roadmap discussions and feature prioritization.
  • Work in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a US-based technology company, ideally in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles.
  • Proven background working with B2B Enterprise clients in AI, SaaS, or automation software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with executive presence.
  • Solid understanding of technology frameworks — including integrations (APIs, webhooks, CRMs, ATS systems), design workflows, solution documentation, and onboarding processes.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes and vice versa.
  • Exceptional internal negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • A founder mindset — proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a high-growth, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Must be available to work during US business hours (8AM to 5PM PST) with flexibility to move around shift hours depending on a client's time zone.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Avature, or CRMs like Salesforce / HubSpot.
  • Exposure to enterprise AI applications, conversational AI, or automation tools.
  • Background in BPO, recruitment tech, or HR tech ecosystems.

Pay: Php75, Php110,000.00 per month
