
HR Generalist

Job Summary :
He/she should be an experienced and results-driven HR business partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
His/her duties shall include aligning employees to business objectives, hiring the right talent by providing support to local hiring's, improving employee performance, supporting employee development, enhancing recruitment efforts, planning strategic HR initiatives, running orientation and onboarding processes, communicating role expectations, designing succession plans, maintaining staff relations, updating policies and practices, and oversee employee well-being and health initiatives.
The above function shall add value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for head office positions across multiple departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and agency partnerships.
- Screen, interview, and coordinate assessments to evaluate candidates efficiently.
- Drive the offer process, including negotiation and pre-employment checks.
- Continuously improve the recruitment process, candidate experience, and employer branding.
HR Operations & Employee Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for head office employees regarding HR policies, workplace concerns, and performance issues.
- Advise managers on employee relations matters including performance improvement, disciplinary action, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes with a focus on delivering a smooth experience.
- Assist with HR reporting, payroll coordination, policy development, and audits as needed.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Design, organize, and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs tailored to head office staff
- Partner with leadership to identify and implement strategies to improve morale, retention, and internal communication.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through initiatives that reflect the values and goals of the organization.
- Support internal communication campaigns to ensure clarity and consistency across the office.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to head office leaders and department heads.
- Build strong relationships across functions to understand challenges and provide timely HR solutions.

- Have a good understanding of business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organizational skills.
- Must be willing to travel for site visits withing Greater Manila Area
Qualifications, Certifications, And Education Requirements:
- Graduate of Human Resources Management or Psychology from a reputable university
