About the role

As an HR Generalist at Plus Eighty One Bar and Restaurant Corporation, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of our dynamic hospitality business. Reporting to the HR Manager, this full-time position based in Makati City Metro Manila will see you handling a wide range of HR responsibilities to support our growing team.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations and more
  • Administering employee benefits and leave management processes
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR-related documentation
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with managers to address workforce planning and talent management needs
  • Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, ideally in the hospitality industry
  • Strong working knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise a varied workload
  • Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office suite
  • Passionate about contributing to a positive company culture and employee experience
