Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This role will support various HR functions including employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, process-driven, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience; generalist or specialist experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Proficient in MS Office and

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

  • Support conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies.

  • Performance Management

  • Support performance review processes and goal-setting initiatives.

  • Assist managers with performance improvement plans and development strategies.

  • HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with audits and reporting requirements.

  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.

  • Support open enrollment and answer employee questions regarding benefit coverage.

  • Culture & Engagement

  • Support initiatives that promote company culture and employee engagement.

  • Organize employee events and wellness programs.
