We are seeking a dependable and versatile HR Generalist to oversee a wide range of human resources functions, including payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. This role is vital in ensuring seamless HR processes, strict regulatory compliance, and effective communication between employees, management, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements.
  • Administer statutory and company-provided benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, HMO).
  • Maintain and update employee records, including enrollments, changes, and separations in government portals and internal HR systems.
  • Process government claims and loans with complete documentation and prompt submission.
  • Coordinate with HMO providers and vendors to ensure smooth benefits delivery.
  • Assist with talent acquisition and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Address employee concerns and help maintain a positive workplace environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Facilitate HR orientations, policy updates, and benefits communications.
  • Prepare HR reports, conduct internal audits, and support HR-related projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in general HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Hands-on expertise in payroll processing and statutory compliance in the Philippines.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, compensation structures, and HR policies.
  • Exposure to recruitment, employee onboarding, or HR process improvement is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Professional and discreet in handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus.
