What you'll be doing
- Providing hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
- Administering employee benefits and leave management programs.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
- Partnering with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide consultative solutions
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness
- Staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office suite
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
