Job Overview:
The Business Development Officer of DB International Sales & Services Inc. the position plays a crucial role in the company's growth by expanding its market reach and securing new projects. The role is responsible for driving sales growth in the commercial and industrial sectors, identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and coordinating sales processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Possess a blend of technical knowledge and business acumen:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous work-related experience of at least 3 years in sales or business development within the HVAC, or building construction industries is a significant advantage.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills in both verbal & written communications, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. Analytical skills, knowledge & proficiency with CRM software is an advantage.
- Attributes: Results-driven with strong business intelligence, project management capabilities, and the willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
