Qualifications
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent
- Must have excellent background in full cycle training and organizational development
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- With background in creative material development
- Must have Basic Training Skills Certification
