Organizational Planning Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Organizational Planning Supervisor to lead initiatives that improve team structure, efficiency, and overall performance. This role is key to ensuring high productivity and quality across core functions, while also driving continuous improvement in manpower planning, process enhancement, and job design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage organizational structure reviews to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Analyze workforce trends, headcount data, and staffing requirements to develop short- and long-term manpower plans.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to evaluate department functions, identify gaps, and recommend organizational changes or role redefinitions.
- Monitor internal and external factors (e.g., business growth, process changes, technology adoption) affecting workforce needs.
- Support the development of job roles, reporting lines, and organizational charts.
- Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and recommendations to management on workforce planning and organizational design.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations related to organizational structure and staffing.
- Participate in strategic initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, restructures, or expansions, providing input on organizational impacts.
- Supervise and guide a team involved in data collection, job analysis, and manpower planning.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Industrial/Management Engineering, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration is required.
- A master's degree or coursework in these areas is an advantage.
- At least 4 years of experience in project leadership or supervision relevant to the outlined duties and responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
