Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Area Manager to oversee the operations of multiple retail stores within a defined region. This role is responsible for maximizing sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high store standards, and supporting store managers and their teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead, coach, and develop store managers to ensure consistent operational excellence across all locations.

· Drive sales performance and profitability in line with company targets.

· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and stock turnover.

· Conduct regular store visits to assess standards, compliance, and identify opportunities for improvement.

· Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, merchandising strategies, and promotional campaigns.

· Manage staffing levels, recruitment, and training needs in partnership with HR.

· Provide hands-on support during peak trading periods or special events.

· Oversee inventory management, shrinkage control, and visual merchandising standards.

· Resolve customer complaints or escalated issues in a timely and professional manner.

· Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to align regional activities with brand initiatives.

· Prepare and present performance reports, forecasts, and action plans to senior management.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a multi-store retail management role.

· Strong leadership and team development capabilities.

· Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive performance through others.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Flexible and willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.

· Proficiency with retail management systems and MS Office tools.

Desirable Qualities:

· Passion for customer service and retail excellence.

· Commercially minded with a strategic outlook.

· Energetic, hands-on, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
