Area Manager will oversee operations across multiple locations. The Area Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, achieving sales targets, leading teams, and maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and support restaurant managers under his/her area.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
- Ensure staff are motivated, engaged, and working to their full potential.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and consistency across all stores.
- Ensure locations comply with health and safety regulations.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Control budgets and optimize cost-efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
- Ensure teams are trained to deliver consistent service.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
- Communicate goals and objectives clearly to the teams.
