Overview

Marketing/Training Supervisor at Wonderfoods Inc. Sizzling Plate — Area Operations Manager (Food-Retail).

Responsibilities
  • Oversees the operations of a significant food service operation.
  • Plans, organizes, assigns, and oversees the work of a diverse group of people in the food preparation and service industry.
  • Responsible for associate development, merchandising, inventory control, safety and loss prevention to promote sales and meet profit goals.
  • Mediates customer complaints or concerns requiring immediate solutions.
  • Observes the quality of food service and directs actions to maintain high standards.
  • Reviews inventories and requisitions and orders food supplies as needed.
  • Ensures the highest level of customer service at all times.
  • Coordinates with other departments to provide necessary reports.
  • Determines work schedules and assigns and trains staff.
  • Performs related work as required.
Qualifications
  • Willing to be assigned to different outlets NCR and South areas.
  • At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Manager with experience in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
