Join our dynamic customer service team as a Technical Support Associate. This full-time opportunity allows you to provide exceptional customer support.

What you'll be doing:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
  • Provide information about products and services, and assist customers with placing orders or making changes to existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document resolutions in the company's customer relationship management system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
  • Continuously improve customer service processes and identify opportunities for enhancement

Qualifications:

  • At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate
  • With/without BPO experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Can start immediately
